MY HONEST VIEW

As a homeowner in the Texas Hill country, I take great pride in being a strong contributor to residential property inspections. Being a Professional Home Inspector is about growing a deeper understanding of homes' structural materials, their components, and the effects of. It is important to get a comprehensive and thorough inspection from a licensed TREC inspector, who has the time to properly inspect and access all areas of the property and can provide a  detailed assessment of the property's condition.  I believe that the value of your asset reflects on the quality of my efforts.

American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) was my top choice in regards for their being pioneers of the home inspection business across America since 1993. What I understood just a few years ago as a homeowner, before finding AHIT, was that I had had enough. I had had enough of not understanding building codes and how they affect the homeowners' safety standards and the structural integrity of a homes' design.  Your time matters. I will continue to put every effort towards providing you with up-to-date safety standards which support the structural integrity of a homes' design.

While many were creating Tik-Tok videos through the restricting two years of covid, I was completing 394 hours of online courses, locating proctors working on passing course exams, completing 40 hours of field training in Austin, and following the guidelines of completing the state and national background checks. This, before passing the Texas Real Estate state and national exams, maintaining required financial responsibility, and maintaining the required continued educational credits per my 2 year licensure. I can also offer to my clients further dedication in my continuing education courses as well as my efforts in learning through ride-along experiences and learning experiences from professionals in like trades. My yearly membership through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) has provided the continued education opportunities needed to maintain my license required by TREC. I maintain my certifications for InterNACHI membership through further yearly qualification.

I will offer every effort of qualifying to be your top choice in hiring a Professional Home Inspector. Your Time Matters. What We Inspect and Why

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
